Pitpage
Acceptable use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Pitpage is for sim racing teams to show who they are and what they race. These rules keep it a good place for everyone. They are part of the Terms.
Be who you are
Do not pretend to be a team, driver, league, sponsor or company you are not, and do not suggest an official link with iRacing or any other sim, series or brand that you do not have.
Only publish what you may
Publish only names, photos, logos, liveries, results and words that you have the right to use, and show people only if they agreed to be shown. Remove a person's details when they ask.
Nothing illegal or harmful
- Nothing illegal where you or your visitors are.
- No hate, threats, harassment or bullying.
- No sexual content, and nothing that sexualises minors.
- No violence meant to shock, and no one's private details shared without their permission.
Do not attack the service
- No malware, phishing or scam pages.
- No spam, through your site or through the Discord bot.
- No attempts to break into accounts, read other people's data or get round limits.
- No scraping, automated sign-ups or traffic meant to overload Pitpage or other teams' sites.
- No security testing beyond what Security allows.
Custom code and AI agents
Code you or your AI agent add to a site follows the same rules, and these too:
- No malware, and nothing that tries to harm a visitor's device or account.
- No phishing: nothing that imitates a sign-in or payment page, or asks for passwords or card numbers.
- No tracking: no fingerprinting, and nothing that sends what visitors do to anyone else.
- Nothing that makes visitors' devices mine cryptocurrency or work for anything they did not come for.
- No attempts to get round the sandbox, the cleaning of HTML or the limits on custom code.
An agent works with your access: what it does on your sites counts as done by you.
Discord
Use the bot only in servers you manage, for your team's racing. Do not use it to send messages nobody asked for.
Reporting
Report a site or a misuse of the bot to info@pitpage.app, with the address and what is wrong.
What happens
We may remove content, take a site offline or close an account that breaks these rules. When we can, we tell the owner why first and give them the chance to fix it.
